In the fall of 2014 the City of Blue Earth took ownership of the “Ag Center” office building situated on the historic east loop of the City’s bustling HWY 169 corridor.

Since then the City has remodeled much of the building and it continues to provide a unique home for over 20 business and governmental tenants.

This public-private partnership success story is a testament to the will and determination of our business-minded prairie ancestors.
